I joined as the 3rd UX researcher, leading UX research for our APAC, EU, and Turkish brands, and mentoring mid-level and junior researchers.
Key results: Produced insights that successfully included the first usability UX metric into company OKRs, reduced irrelevant user content (vouchers) by 31%, influenced the roadmaps of 3 new and existing growth, fintech, and monetization products.

Launched the organization’s first longitudinal usability study and presented results to the Chief Product Officer and senior directorship, resulting in the inclusion of the first UX metric into OKRs – the Single Ease Question (SEQ) score.
Derived design principles for a voucher wallet through 12 interview and co-creation sessions with APAC users which resulted in 7 product roadmap user stories and drove a 1.16% uplift of incentivized orders and a 31.4% decrease in irrelevant voucher exposure.
Directed focus groups and ran a MaxDiff survey with users of premium subscription products in APAC and EU to identify new product feature opportunities, resulting in 12 new product roadmap recommendations for 2025 product roadmap.

Prior to my promotion to Senior UX Researcher, I led mixed methods research with consumer growth and incubation products.
Conducted remote interviews with Hong Kong and Taiwan credit card users to support 0->1 product development of a co-branded credit card (launched December 2023 in Taiwan as CTBC foodpanda聯名卡).
Raised visibility and awareness of company LGBTQ+ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to over 1,000 event attendees by organizing panels, workshops, and guest speaker events across 3 years of advocacy.
